In the food industry, ensuring optimal conditions for production and the well-being of operators is crucial.For the Brescian factory of ‘La Piadineria’, we designed and built a system that demonstrates the importance of a targeted design of work environments and air conditioning systems. In fact, they needed a plant that regularized the air flows in their laboratory for processing and packaging products, while maintaining all the hygiene rules.
Controlled Contamination and Clean Rooms
The use of controlled contamination plants is crucial in many production phases. The clean rooms are not only separate entities, but integrated components in all processes: its performance is established in function of the entire production chain.
Risk analysis (product damage x amount of product damage) guides the design and maintenance of plants, ensuring maximum product quality. The design of a contamination-controlled ventilation system must therefore take into account that ventilation must be considered as part of the process plant; the definition of the functional characteristics shall be based on the risk analysis applied to the whole process.
The need to keep under control all stages of production has led from the beginning to regulate with strict regulations all stages of design, construction, work, maintenance and management of clean rooms and Madefrigor is the ideal partner to support the customer in all phases of design and creation of the systems.
To conclude, The plant tested in Brescia at La Piadineria in fact highlights the importance of accurate design and advanced technologies in the optimization of the food production process.
