For 50 years, Madefrigor has been designing and manufacturing industrial refrigeration systems for a wide range of applications: cold rooms, frozen storage rooms, tunnel blast freezers reaching temperatures of -50 °C (static or automatic), air handling systems for processing rooms, and special systems.
Industrial cold rooms are temperature-controlled spaces, either positive or negative, designed to store food and non-food products, whether fresh or frozen. They are also suitable for drug storage, where temperature control is of the utmost importance.

Cooling tunnels/tunnel freezers
Positive temperature cold rooms are suitable for storage; negative temperature storage rooms are designed for pre-refrigeration, refrigeration, freezing and deep-freezing. Frozen storage rooms are made from panels ranging from 6 to 12 cm in thickness depending on the location and characteristics of the room. In cold rooms, the thickness can vary from 10 mm to a maximum of 24 mm.
Cooling tunnels/tunnel freezers can be positive, negative, or combined, with two engines in one unit. They are designed for blast chilling or freezing food, specifically pastry, vegetables, ice cream, meat or fish.
0/+4 °C storage rooms
0/+4 °C storage rooms are special refrigeration systems providing the perfect thermo-hygrometric conditions to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of various types of products and reduce product dehydration, which causes weight loss.
-20 °C storage rooms
-20 °C storage rooms use refrigerant gas or ammonia, with an evaporation temperature between -30 °C and -35 °C, to obtain an ambient temperature of -20 °C/-25 °C.
Different types of rooms
Modern refrigerated logistics systems require different types of rooms at different temperatures, including freon or ammonia direct expansion cold rooms, CO2 direct expansion cold rooms, freon direct expansion medium temperature cold rooms, and medium temperature cold rooms with glycol systems.
