They consist of one or more refrigerators hanging from the ceiling, with inside a cooling battery, a defrosting system (hot glycol, water, etc.) and axial electric fans. Here the air is thrown frontally towards the room and resumed in the rear of the diffuser.

Matured Meat: The maturing of the meat is one of the essential processes for the juicy taste and the tender consistency of the meat that needs adequate refrigeration. it is impossible to make in the domestic environment, as there is no adequate maturer to keep the meat at a temperature 0° C -3°C and relative humidity to 80%. Madefrigor’s ripening cells, equipped with a ventilated static system, are essential to obtain tender and tasty meat.

Frozen Storage Cells and Rapid Abatement: Madefrigor also builds frozen storage cells at -20 ºC, using refrigerants such as CO2 or ammonia. These cells keep meat in optimal conditions for long-term storage without compromising quality. The rapid abatement tunnels, on the other hand, with temperatures up to -45 ºC, avoid the macro-crystallization of the water particles contained inside the product and allow perfect long-term preservation.
