What are the differences?
Chillers and freezing water storage tank
The dairy sector needs large quantities of icy water to always have the right supply of cold at all stages of processing.
The traditional ‘ice bank’, provides for an accumulation of ice in the production tanks in many hours. But once it melts, it can no longer meet the demands of cooling systems.
Madefrigor installs liquid coolers with low charge ammonia for the direct production of iced water: the so-called CHILLERS.
Our machines, in addition to a continuous supply of freezing water at constant temperature, guarantee up to 50% of electricity savings compared to traditional tanks.
How?
Produce freezing water with the innovative ammonia system of Madefrigor, saves up to 50% on compressor absorption thanks to special semi-flooded exchangers that allow us to work with evaporation temperatures very close to the temperature of the freezing water.
Our machines, moreover, are all FULL-INVERTER, so as to eliminate even the starting loads of compressors. They are perfect for producing icy water even at minimum loads, without the waste that is commonly found in storage systems when not melting all the ice, or when it melts prematurely and the tank can no longer cool the water.
Inverters are professional devices that allow the variation of the power frequency of electric motors. They are specifically designed for the electronic control and the work management of the compressor, with the aim of ensuring economic operation and quiet operation.
