Air conditioning systems for
automated warehouses
Known as a manufacturer of industrial refrigeration systems, Madefrigor also designs and manufactures air conditioning systems for automated warehouses and other storage facilities, designed to maintain a suitable environment according to the needs of the sector and controlled by an electronic control unit using temperature and humidity probes.
Among other solutions, we build air handling units to provide air conditioning for storage and processing areas in every sector, created using rigid stainless steel ducting or more modern sanitisable fabric ducting. Our industrial air conditioning systems are designed and built in accordance with the strict hygiene requirements of the HACCP system and the technical and economic criteria that influence the costs and efficiency of the system.
Efficient and convenient systems
Warehouse air conditioning
We offer several different air conditioning options:
- with air handling units, made up of a cooling coil, a heating coil, a centrifugal fan and a filter. Air is released into the room evenly and at low speeds by way of the supply and return ducts, ensuring that the staff are not disturbed by currents of cold air.
- with cooling units mounted in the centre of the ceiling, containing a heating coil, a cooling coil and axial electric fans.
AHUs: fabric ducting
Exposed textile ducts anchored to the ceiling: with this system, large airflows can be precisely distributed within the room. One major advantage of this system is the fact that the fabric tubes can be cleaned periodically.
AHUs: galvanised ducting
Galvanised or stainless steel ducts, which can be exposed or installed above the false ceilings, with diffusers or vents to introduce air into the environment.
Systems with cooling units
In systems with ceiling-mounted cooling units, cooling can be provided by way of an autonomous refrigerator or a centralised system (-8 °C glycol, ammonia, freon).
Fabric ducting is durable, impermeable to air, fireproof, and unchanging over time.
